About Us
Meditrek was founded in 2021, by a qualified prescribing pharmacist
Alison is an entrepreneur at heart and has a passion for health and for people.
She completed her BPharm degree at Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University, Primary Health Care and Prescribing at North West University and PIMART (HIV counselling, testing and prescribing) course through USAID.
She is also a registered COVID vaccinator and has travelled to various districts within South Africa assisting with vaccinations during the height of the COVID pandemic.

Our Story
Meditrek's goal is to start a fleet Mobile Primary Health Care Clinics that will go out into the communities where these services are lacking.
Each mobile unit will provide primary health care, family planning, HIV counselling, health education, chronic disease screening, COVID and general vaccinations and other health services.
Currently we are waiting on approval from the Department of Health and South African Pharmacy Council, this process can take up to a year.
In the meantime, we will be doing COVID vaccinating, testing and selling health products and non-scheduled items online.
